Terms of use

These terms describe how the store works and what we guarantee our customers. By placing an order you accept these rules.

Orders

• An order is accepted once a manager confirms it by phone or email.
• You can cancel an order free of charge until it ships.
• If an item turns out to be out of stock, we will let you know and refund the payment in full.

Prices and stock

Prices on the site include taxes. The price is fixed when you place the order and does not change even if it goes up later. Sale prices are valid until the date shown on the product page or until the sale quantity runs out.

Returns and exchanges

Within 14 days of receiving an item you can return or exchange it if it has not been used and its look and packaging are intact. We refund the money the same way you paid, within a few working days after we receive the return.

Warranty

Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty — its term is shown on the product page and in the warranty card. If something breaks, write to us: we will point you to the nearest service centre or take the item for inspection ourselves.
