Delivery and payment

We ship orders across the whole country. Timing and cost depend on the delivery method and the size of the parcel — you will see the exact amount in the cart before you confirm the order.

Delivery methods

• To a carrier branch or parcel locker — 1–3 working days, at the carrier's rates.
• Courier to your door — 1–3 working days, we agree a convenient time by phone.
• Pick-up — free, from the pick-up point on the day the order is ready.
• Large items — by a separate service, carrying upstairs by arrangement.

Above a certain order total, delivery is free — the threshold is shown in the cart and on the product page.

Payment methods

• By card online — the payment goes through at once and the parcel ships without waiting.
• On delivery — in cash or by card at the branch or to the courier.
• Bank transfer for companies and sole traders — we email the invoice and put the documents in the parcel.
• In instalments — for some products, the terms are shown on the product page.

Receiving and checking

When you collect the parcel, inspect it in front of the carrier. If the packaging is damaged or the item does not match the order, ask for a report and refuse the parcel — we will send the order again at our expense.
