Description
A cup for slow mornings: bergamot on the nose, peach on the first sip and jasmine that lingers well after. The washed process keeps it tea-like and clear — no heaviness, just clean acidity and a sweetness that builds as the cup cools.
Konga station buys cherries from 650 smallholders. This is our third year buying the lot directly, and we roast it light so caramel never buries the florals. It shines in a pour-over or a glass carafe brewer.
- Konga station, Gedeo zone
- Variety: local heirloom
- 36-hour fermentation, 12 days on raised beds
- Cupping score 87
